Keep moving forward, but never leave the chicken alone with either of the other two:
Move the chicken first, then come back for either the fox or the feed. After dropping off the fox or feed, return the chicken, and then move the feed if you moved the fox first, or the fox if you moved the feed first.

Take over the chicken. Come back and take over the feed, immediately picking up the chicken again and bringing him back to the original side. Drop the chicken off and take the fox over at once. Leave the fox on the far side, and come back and pick up the chicken. When he gets to the far side, everyone and everything will be all set!
Way to go, fellow riddlers!

First, he takes the fox and throws it in the lake because I think that foxes can swim. lol. Then he takes the chicken. Goes back and gets the feed because the fox is a slow swimmer and he gets back to the chicken before the fox does. Am I right?
