Don't use pills or starve yourself. If you want to lose weight and KEEP IT OFF you have to do it healthy.

Try changing your eating habits first. You dont have to stop eating junk food - just eat it a lot less. Drink lots of water... so much that you feel you're always in the bathroom peeing!! That helps flush out your body.

Next exercise. We're not talking 3 hours a day. In the morning take 20-30 minutes to do a quick work out. SInce you have already indicated the body parts try these:

crunches (not sit-ups) After you master reg. ones, try bending your knees to your chest, then straight up it the air. Go from one side to the other.

Stand up and bring one knee at a time across your chest i.e. right knee to left breast.

Squats

stand shoulder length apart and go on your tip toes (works your calves)

No quick way to lose weight and tone, just a change in habits.

I don't think you need to loose tons a weight I think you just need to tone your body ... Run like you've never ran before trust me you'll loose weight from everywhere and eventually have a nice tones butt!!! Some people run for 9 min and walk for 45 min .... So like I said you really don't need it 127lbs is actually good weight but we all have that skinny fat stomach... Or dance for 1hr and try to really move those hips so you can contract the muscles in the stomach and get thosesexy flat abs..

Visit the gym regularly. Best diet is to eat less food and as healthy as possibleand DO SITUPS!! every night and a lot of them to as much as possible till you really cant do no more. (Nothing that has to do with oils). For your legs try doing the leg press machine in the gym gradually adding weights to it .For example do 10 reps of 40 pounds- ten reps of 50 -ten reps of 60 and graudally move on. Skip a day and continue eating healthy . Go to the gym every other day on your spare time

I swear by Winsor Pilates and a healthy diet. I went from a size 14 to a size 6 by doing Pilates and eating right. It tones your muscles and you will lose inches. Good luck!

Join a gym, you have to exercise and eat right if you want to look good, walk on the treadmill , ride a bike , do crunches and full sit ups for your stomach you have to work your *** off if you want a nice ***.
