Chromium in doses of 100-200 mcg may be somewhat helpful if you are chromium deficient. Higher doses should not be tried unless you are being monitored by a health professional trained in the use of this product.
Diet and exercise are still the two best ways to reduce chloesterol naturally (see Murray's Encyclopedia of Natural Medicine).

i agree with the first poster. i bought some chewables many years ago and it made me sicker than a dog. i only took two. thought it would help me lose weight...yeah...but not the way i intended.

herbs and gimmics are just that. you never know what the cause of your illness or the wish to do better for your health, but herbs, flushes, chromium, mega vitamins ect...are the worst.

eat a well balanced diet and stay away from fake sugar, while keeping the refined sugar at a minimum. you will see a difference.

There are amazing results coming out from the use of Neptune Omega3 Krill Oil. I know of someone who cut his cholesterol numbers in half by taking it.
