Callebaut chocolate chunks are regularly shaped bits of 100 % dark, milk or white chocolate. Low in cocoa butter, they are ideal for inclusion in bakery products such as croissants, rolls, cakes and bread and resist temperatures up to 200°C. They are easy to divide evenly in the dough and don't melt during mixing or kneading. Who can resist them?
