its very possible you have an exhaust leak in the pipe somewhere,,if its a raw gas smell you should have it checked out,,it may be a safety issue that could cause a fire,,its better to be safe than sorry,,i own a repair shop,,and i suggest you get it checked as soon as possible,,good luck with it,,i hope this help,s.

The fuel system is not delivering the right amount of fuel at high rpms. Check for clogged fuel injectors and clogged fuel filter.

Go to seek a car machanic for help , might cause by the fuel system being clog or there's a leak somewhere.

as soon as i saw this question i knew someone would say something about the "carb" it supposedly has. it's a '95 for god's sake, anyone who says it's a carb problem should not be taken seriously in the car categories. i'm not quite sure of your problem, maybe injector issues? how many miles?

sounds normal to smell this smell at high rpm. your catalytic converter makes it smell like that. if it is too strong then have it looked at by a mechanic

maybe unburnt gas going through exhaust. or gas leak or too rich mixture in carb.
