Would it be considered muder if you farted and it ended up choking someone to death. My little brother asked me as a joke, and I thought I'd see what you guys think.

Surely a fart isn't going to be that strong as to choke a person to death. That is, unless the person puts his head near that DREADFUL butt. In that scenario it should be considered as a suicide not murder

Anyways I don't know if it would or not. I guess if they had like an allergic reaction to it maybe. But I doubt it. I really don't know about this one. It is to funny though. I guess if they really choked on it though well.......................maybe. It would be a tough one to argue in court though. The prosecutor would surely loose the case. The judge would probably laugh him out of the court room and hold him in contempt. LOL
