600 cals isn't enough. You should go for at least 1200. Eat breakfast. Say oatmeal, a 4 oz cup of dannon low fat yogurt, and a banana. Thats 200 cals. In between breakfast and lunch have say a piece of fruit, carrot sticks, or a low fat granola bar. ( Quaker makes them w/ 90 cals-choc chip peanut butter are awesome ). For lunch say a can of healthy choice soup and a salad w/ no cheese, croutons, or meat and fat free dressing. If you ate that granola bar your up to about 600 cals so far. In between lunch and dinner snack on say another peice of fruit or a vegi, maybe some cottage cheese. For dinner stick to fish and chicken-good source of protein. Have some sort of starch w/ it. Rice or pasta for example. And a vegetable. Plan your dinner for about 5 hours before you go to bed. If you feel hungry afterwords...an apple, more carrots, popcorn is a very low cal, low fat snack, and so are pretzels. Eat at the same times everyday, drink lots of water, get a good nights sleep and exercise in the morning-even if it means going to bed a little early to get up a little early. 600 cals IS NOT GOOD FOR YOU! Good luck.

let me give you some facts about the brain - you wil realise you have been fuzzy to start with and not reasoning well. the brain consumes 25% of the glucose used by the entire body in a resting state and 20% of the oxygen required by the body at rest that is 40 - 70 ml per minute. Depending on your weight you need 1000 cal minimum to keep your day going.

Bad strategy. You need more calories to function properly. At least 1500 I'd say.

Not a good idea at all.
You need more than that to stay healthy. Your probably looking at dehydration, cardiac problems, etc.
