But how can you pinpoint your memory inefficiency to visual? But i suggest you to jack up on vitamin Bs, and magnesium. You may not know this, but magnesium is extremely important in retention, herbs like ginkgo biloba only works for certain people and its method of reaching and nourishing your brain's memory compartment is far to complex. Take lecithin(phosphatidylserine/ phosphatidylcholine) , magnesium pills, and antioxidants, vitamin C ad E. also goon up on omega Fish oil, for DHA and EPA

Yes, there is a pill, thank god. The pill that I am currently using to increase my memory is "Ginkgo Biloba". It works well but you must also take into consideration on your diet and practice a healthy way of living. Remember to give your body enough proteins and never miss breakfast, it's very important.

Effalex is a medical preparation that can help brain function. It contains fish oil and omega-3.

Its interesting that you are worried about visual memory. Are your other areas of memory (e.g. verbal, smell, emotional) better?

Stress and ilness are common causes of loss of memory too, are these your problem?

No. You either have or you don't. BUT whatever you lack you have been given something else in exchange, just need to find it.
