This is a good question as milk is a good source of nutrients and has a number of benefits when consumed as a part of a healthy lifestyle. As well as magnesium , phosphorous and protein, milk is a good source of calcium so can help with bone development. This means that during bone development, the overall strength and quality of your bones can be improved and it can potentially help guard against osteoporosis in later life. It probably won't help you get any taller though (especially if you're already 18) as most of your bone development will be completed by now.
