Confidence, being at the right place at the right time. To find luck with women you might need to move to a place where you would be appreciated. (A friend of mind complains that women don't like him, but he is a dignified type living in a more relaxed location. He is not willing to move.) I don't know your type or where you live, but here some examples:
If you are into blue jeans, pick-up trucks, hunting, etc, you might want to live in a mountain region.
If you enjoy the opera, fine dining,etc you might need to move to the city.
Do not try too hard. What ever your type, someone will find you are worth having and will find your dream girl somewhere.

I wouldn't call it lucky, I'd call it a combination of being born with good looks (which is the only possible luck part), taking care of your body and yourself, being confident, and going for what you want.

The person above me is partially right (about the luck part). On the other hand, some guys are better looking than others. Guys seem to forget that just as they like attractive girls with nice bodies, we like attractive guys with nice bodies. Also, some guys are just better at honing in on girls who are insecure, and playing on those insecurities to get what they want.
