Worms can be transmitted from a dog host to a human via "kissing" some of the worms grow in their intestinal tract and they lick themselves the eggs are then reinterduced into the dogs mouth and guess what? You too. Suggestion, keep pets worm free if you plan on furry smooches.

No. dogs and humans are different and cant pass desieses to eachother with their mouth. Dogs mouths are cleaner than are mouth anyway. A dog couldn't get sick if we had a cold or the flu. They get "Kettle Cough" which is a dog flu.

Dogs and humans can't pass viruses, if you have the flu and snuggle with your pooch he/she won't get the flu too. So you're safe, but it has a very high 'gross factor' involved.
