One technique i exploit is a few thing called confusion. Its consistent with understanding that the suggestions has subject in coping with extra desirable than 7 issues on an identical time. any further and the suggestions gets drained and basically needs to sleep. while you're having difficulty dozing indexed right here are 7 or extra issues you should do in series. a million) think of you could image your perfect buddy 2)remember your perfect holiday 3)comprehend your heart cost 4)ask your self whats the temperature is at your precise foot 5)remember what you had for breakfast 6) think of listening to your wide-unfold music 7)think of the heady scent of a rose 8)remember the texture of the wind on your hair 9) hear the sea. 10) think of what it may be prefer to be touched with the help of a delicate feather 11) think of what it ought to be prefer to nod off. no longer asleep yet, No difficulty circulate around those lower back, interior an identical order yet swifter. And say to your self that each time you are trying this a approach or the different, you will sense extra drained and extra keen to fall clearly asleep nighttime nighttime.

I really like this; A baby Gouda cheese added to a cup of freshly brewed coffee with cream and sugar. By the time you get near the bottom of the cup the cheese is all gooey and soft and sweet and yummy!

I will have to say potato chips and chocolate, French fries with Thousand Island dressing and peanut butter with maple syrup. None of these may be shocking but it is still interesting! Take care!

I agree with the frostie/fries, probably dipping chicken in strawberry jam, but i came up with a recipe in the end that is a hit, so it was worth it.

I have a few, my dad eats honey buns with salami, my daughter used to dip her buttered toast in her kool-aid, my niece puts salt on her celery sticks, my brother used to put ketchup on mashed potatoes, my husband puts bar- be- que sauce on homemade chicken noodle soup and I love pickle and Miracle Whip sandwiches. Oh, I almost forgot, sunny side up eggs and salsa. Yummy!

Acally I'm just surprised I'm the only one who does this. I make a grilled cheese sandwich, preferably on whole wheat bread, and then pour hot gravy over it, and maybe sprinkle a little pepper on top. I eat it with a fork.
