oh bohoo you all would die and leave your children( if you have any ) cause of your pet?

absolutely, they are still animals. if a sentimental and weak human spent a few months at a farm with some cows, they wouldn't want to slaughter those particular cows, it's so much easier for people to see a chicken nugget or a beef patty and not a living thinking breathing creature who has experienced a unique life and personality. Yes, it's alittle different because it may be dog/cat etc but who cares, i'd eat a frozen corpse if it were between giving up or surviving, like in that movie ALIVE!

I wouldn't want to do it, but I would do it if my survival depends on it. My family depends on me. So my motivation to survive is pretty strong. I wonder how long I could live off of a black labrador retriever and a cat though?

Nope. She's a member of the family. I wouldn't kill and eat my siblings or parents, I wouldn't kill my cat.

Hope I NEVER have to be in that situation. I honestly can't say what I would do. I would love to say HELL NO........but until your survival depends on it none of us really know what we would do.

Hell no, I love my dog, bird and fish! They are a part of my family and I would rather die than eat any of my pets!!! That is so disgusting!!
