what should i say to start a conversation, should we hold hands the whole way, i am 13 she is 14 so nothing sexual to talk about lol just takin any ideas.

Holding hands is nice. I usually talk about pudding or cheese. Take things slow. Talking about movies and music is almost as good as pudding. You can let go of her hand, but you might not get it back, so pick a good time.

Holdng hands is nice. I would just be yourself and talk about ideas and hopes and dreams. I'd skip talking about others that you know. If you like her compliment her. Let her know that you like being with her and that she is a good person.
Tell her that if you had a nickel for every girl you know who has as special as she is that you'd have--5 cents.
Just be you -no one can say that you're doing it wrong.

Anyway, you should talk to her about movies she likes or saw recently, maybe talk about pets if she has any, perhaps ask her some stuff about her family. You could ask her if she has every moved or changed schools and what that felt like. You can talk about school and what subject./ teachers she likes or dislikes.
Just take it easy and be yourself. Girls usually love to talk about anything!

How her friends are, how her day went, how her family is, how is school going, how are her pets, what does she do during her free time, books she's read, movies she's gone to, movies she wants to see (all good conversation topics)
If she wants to hold your hand, sure, but it's not necessary.

first ask about her day. Then tell about yours that always starts a conversation. Talk about her interest and yours. Just talk about anything on your mind...the key thing is silly questions like what's your most embarassing moment. She'll love telling you about her embarassing moments
