Walking in the dark increases the dizziness i have...which i think is due to the bradycardia i have.38bpm. After some testing...cardiology is sending me to a neurologist for MRI. I know that that there is many parts of the body that help with maintaing good equiliberium..i.e..cerebellum, ear, eyes. Just wondering if the increase in my symptom while being in the dark points to a specific area....brain, prehapes?

People don't understand just how much the ears play a part in their entire well being. They don't just hear. The equilibrium is a VERY important job for them. Inner ear trouble is a good example of this. Old folks get Meniers Disease in which the inner ear nerve/s are being drowned by fluid. When your ear/s are throwing your equilibrium off, the eyes will take up the slack and you can steady yourself by SEEING that you aren't falling or stumbling. Example: I DO NOT and CANNOT walk in the dark. I fall. Pops

Try standing with your eyes closed. You will probably start to sway and possibly fall over. But as soon as you open your eyes you should regain your balance.

The darkness problem you describe could just be that, not enough light to allow your eyes to send the necessary signals to your brain.

Low BP could be a major cause of imbalance.

sounds like an inner ear problem. your ear is saying one thing and your eyes are seeing something else when you close your eyes or walk in the dark your inner ear is the stronger signal and it isn't reading correctly causing the imbalance. I have imbalance in spells known as meniere's disease it also increases in darkness or when i close my eyes.

No, Any regular person would lose some sort of balance when they close their eyes, Try standing on one feet with your eyes closed and you will immediately fall.
