Don't know, but I have a great grandfather who copied the whole thing out in long hand... they tell me when my mother was young she used to say that her grandfather "wrote" the bible... it was in a ripley's believe it or not. true story

The first Bible to be publushed was (printed) the Gutenburg Bible in1455, Gutenberg developed the first commercially successful printing press and the first book he printed was the Bible, in Latin. Before that it was habd written, John Wycliffe produced the first English Bible in 1384, he translated it from the Latin Vulgate which was translated from the original Hebrew and Greek in 405. The King James Version was first Published in 1611.

I cant remember who for certain put it into book form but when they put the bible into book form the cannonized it somewhere around 300 a.d. and Constantine was the one who called the preists together to set it up. Well the first 5 books were written by Moses.
Acts was penned by Luke, accreted to Paul!

It did not become a bible (Library) until about 330 AD when the "books" were placed into 1 book!

The first 5 books were the books of moses(pbuh) and I don't know how much they really got tampered with. It is believed that ezra wrote most of the bible, but who knows? And I don't know who wrote the new testament. Could have been the apostles talking in third party.

a lot of different people, first 5 books by moses. acts and luke by luke. revalation by john. ect. some times it says in the pert of the bible who is writting it

several of God's people starting with Moses. then Paul along with all of Jesus disciples. It has been complied over the centuries into the Old Testament and The New Testament. We now are living in The New Testament of Jesus Christ. Most of it was written by the disciples and over half by Paul.

Not really as it was transcribed over centuries by monks in handwriting (before the printing press). The monks had the abilities to make subtle changes. As for actual authors I don't think they know.

It was written as separate books by many different people but was compiled constatine (i think but i could be completely wrong here) and some other people at the council of trent (i think).
