Cooking stuffed items in a crock pot is somewhat difficult. A crock pot is designed for cooking items with a high liquid content (soups and stews) over a long period of time. Stuffed items are not well suited for this type of cooking since the are thick, which means that they would never really get done in the center and because simmering in liquid over several hours would probably dissolve out all of the stuffing mixture, which kind of negates the whole idea of a stuffed item. Do you have a BBQ grill?

Crock pots are agood way to keep things moist and tender, plus when working, dinner is ready. I would add some potatoes and carrots and inions, a crm soup and a packet of some seasoning(usualy in our house, onion soup), but with chicken i use ranch sometimes, with chciken soup(cream) Enjoy, your own creation. Sometimes cranberyy whole style is good to with some stuffing, add lkater though.

depends on how you cook them. dont cook them with a lot of juices, and definately make sure you watch your time so they arent dry when you take them out.
