See a doctor. Your ears can make ringing and buzzing noises all by themselves, especially if you are getting older. The inner ear can make you feel like things are vibrating, moving or spinning when they are not. The pain in the neck, well, try sleeping with you neck relaxed and perhaps not on a pillow. Try different neck positions. If nothing works, go see a neurologist. Good Luck. Pops

If you are serious you could have a brain tumor........if not babe......yes, finally a werewolf!
My sister had a slow growing brain tumor and had some really odd symptoms so if you are serious feel free to email me. By the way they told she had multiple personalities.....it was a f*cking tumor, had been there about 3 years!

You're posessed by evil spirits. Have soul doctor give you some of his tincture of Faece Bovii. Works for nearly everyone, he says so!

Sounds weird, almost werewolf-ish. (Which is silly, too much monster movies hehe) Go talk to your doctor, it's probably some strange condition making your body act strange.
