If you havea a gas grill, gril over medium heat, 7 minutes each side turning twice. It should come out perfectly medium rare with a nice ring around the outside.

Use oak smoke wood.
Cook at 350-375°F to an internal temperature of 125-135°F, depending on desired doneness.

Try a crock pot recipe. There are many recipes on line- the meat comes out very tender and it is ready for you at the end of the day.
