I'm not God, so I cannot speak for Him. I can only imagine that if He ever actually used the word ugly, it would be to describe the actions of others that were unpleasing to Him - actions that are against the guidlelines established in the Bible.

I thought God made EVERYTHING and everything we do is planned by God,so the believers say .
If he made ugly ,it was because he thought it was beautiful

Even though this exact text isn't found in the bible, the same basic message can be found throughout most religious belief systems.

i'm ugly. god made me ugly, and god loves me. when "they" say that "god does not like ugly" - they are WRONG.
