Historicaly, dating and marrying ones cousin was completely accepted (especially among royalty) but that is how things were for thousands of years when people didn't travel much and tended to keep seeing their relations more than outsiders. Portions of the bible were specificaly designed to deal with these "problems" as continued inbreeding caused higher rates of birth defects than spreding out the gene pool (they didn't understand genes mind you but the priests were the most educated people around and religeon is a good way to influence an ignorant population)
Currently the social mores have swung well against cousins having sexual relationships. In most states first cousins may not marry and they ask so on the marriage license. So I would have to say your feelings are very normal and more widespread than many people will admit to but unless you are willing to accept serious social difficulties they should remain just feelings and not actions. Ok I dont think this is normal for you to be thinking all the men in your family is hot. Thats some kind of redneck stuff there. You do need to get out more. I mean yea its ok to say 'heres johnny my cute cousin' But its not ok to say ' Man my cousins so fine if only..." Theres just somethign wrong with that.

It's ok to think relatives are attractive people...but you cannot act on it of course. I think alot of my male cousins (I am a female) are very attractive; I also think one of my female cousins is one of the most beautiful girls in the world. But, I would never think of any of them as someone I would want any kind of relationship with other than my cousin and friend. If you are having inappropriate feelings towards your relatives, then you should probably see a counselor/therapist of some kind. Sometimes feelings like this stem from growing up without a father in your life, or possibly from some kind of child abuse.
