Question on DVD recording?

i use a JVC DR-10S video recorder.I wish to convert the video to a digital format using Nero Decoder 2.However , the disc that i have usedis listed as copy-protected.How can i solve these problem?

U can't if it's copy protected there's nothing U can do about that.
