Yeah, and the non-smokers all go stand in front of the building on their breaks to get a quick drag of fresh air.

Depending on rules of the company. Definitely not at work (ie. production department, proceessing plant, packaging, etc.). At thier desk, depends on the bosses. Some allowed their employees, some don't.

Not if it's illegal where they work. The company has to be considerate of the non-smoking employees.

some are, when i go into smoke shops the employees are ususally smoking behind the counter
