If I met a girl who sounded like tweety I would think she had a hormonal imbalance.

None of the known sexes. You have to be a cartoon to understand. In our simple world, Tweety would be more of a male (check its voice how deep sometimes goes). Also the voice was (I believe) Mel Blanc's (passed away) who made the same voices for Sylvester, Bugs, Porky amongst many other.

Tweety in better terms is a Mama's "boy" raised by a Cookcoo Grandmother who is insane by keeping a cat next to a bird. Moreover: FEED YOUR CAT!

By the way, Roadrunner is also male...

Actually I watched a show along time ago saying that tweety in some episodes is female and some of them it is a male, it doesn't really matter if it is male or female to young kids because it is a cartoon character so, little kids like to think it's a female and some like to think it's a male. But the show said that he was male in some shoes and female in others.

Boy
"Despite widespread speculation that he was female, Tweety is and has always been a male character."
