Maybe you're just too gorgeous. Or he's too inexperienced.
Anyway, here are some suggestions:
1- Lengthen the time you spend on foreplay.
2- Avoid the "cowgirl" position (you on top). Instead, use the "missionary" position with him on top. That way, he can better control depth and speed and maybe pause from time to time.
3- Let him perform oral on you, first. That way you can climax one or more times, before he enters you . . .
4- Or, if he orgasms too soon, just let it happen, then give him a few minutes to "recover." If he's healthy and aroused, he should be able to soon achieve another erection, which will last longer (for both you).
5- For variation, consider introducing some "toys" into your lovemaking sessions.

It is called pre-mature ejaculation and it happens to alot of guys... Certainly not a crisis situation.
Depending on the situation it is possible he is finishing off so fast because he is overly excited and just gets over come with pleasure so fast. If you have not, have you tried using a condom or double bagging? Also, have you tried having sex after the first time. Maybe after he cums the first time, he will be able to last longer the second time?
If none of these sitations work, perhaps a sex specialist might be able to help or a doctor. I hope this helps.
