Now this is what i consider rude of them...I WANT TO KNOW IF YOU AGREE OR DISAGREE...years ago...many like 25 years ago...there was a tragic accident in OUR family...Now we have tried to keep going...trying to move on...BUT some people keep bring it up...would it be alright to just say.."oh, we don't talk about him anymore..it was very painful for us!"...NOW WOULD YOU GET IT??? PLUS WHY WOULD THEY BRING it up anyway...they are not FRIENDS...they have never come over or anything!!!

It would be perfectly fine to say something like, "We prefer not to discuss it anymore, it is too painful for us".

BEEN THERE. PEOPLE NEVER KNOW WHAT TO SAY AND WANT TO SAY SOMETHING SO THEY OPEN THEIR MOUTHS AND OUT COME ALL OF THESE WORDS. YOU DON'T HAVE TO SAY ANYTHING. I EVEN HAD A FRIEND ASK ME HOW MY SON WAS AND SHE KNEW HE'D HAD AN ACCIDENT AND DIED.
