There's this boy named Alex and I REALLY like him. He has been very nice to me lately and I sit next to him in reading, spelling, and english. He is sorta the shy kind and i am too. I know he will ask me out if he likes me cuz he lives right down the road from me, but i don't feel up to it to ask him out, because i dont wanna feel embarrassed and I don't wanna make him feel embarrassed etheir. What should I do? We are both 12. He's almost 13, hes almost exactly one year older than me. i need answers b4 saturday.

Ask him a question about a problem in class. For example: "Excuse me, but do you understand what the teacher meant, when he/she said to write a critical essay on that short story?" Talk to him like you would if he were a salesperson in a department store. Hopefully, he will be able to answer your question. Thank him, and tell him that you owe him one. Make it seem as though you want to be friendly , but don't act like you want anything more than that. If he is interested, he will see the opening, and make the next move. Just remember, NO SEX!

I think you're too young for this girl.....But if you really like him, try making conversation with him, just ask him a question about one of the classes you have with him, or just ask him if he would like to go watch a movie or something.....But I still think you're way too young for this!! Well, I think you should give some time. Observe how he acts toward you and try to smile at him. When you think the time is right, ask him out.

well just try thinking of it this way how are you going to be embarrased and also how is he i would suggest thinking this way if he and i go out what could we do to make our relationship last and when would be a good time to ask him out not just waiting bc he may wait for you to make the 1st move to be embarrased shows that you lack self confidence so just dont make yourself feel embarrased!!
