my thighs are big and rub together. I've been doing the thigh master but they aren't getting smaller. I walk a lot and get rashes in between my legs where they rub together. It hurts... Badly! What can I do about this? Creams? Exercises? Different Clothes? Anything?

OKay.. I do walk three miles a day. So my legs are in good shape.. I just can't get that inner thigh. I already do squats everyday.

1st let me say this! its not the size of a woman that keeps a man... its her mind and her understanding of a man needs. (its more than sex) now to answer your ?. try jogging, running up and down bleechers or stairs, its a hard workout but no pain no gain. and for your rash try calamine lotion! its sold over the counter at majority of grocery stores. good luck sweetie and remember what i said!!!!!

The Monistat cream really does work well for the chaffing on your legs. Unfortunately, the stomach, hips, and thighs are usually the last places to shrink, especially the inner thighs. Just continue with the cardio, do leg work (sumo squats and lunges definintely). The progress will be slow, but it will happen if you are consistent. Also, watch the amount of saturated fat and refined sugars in your diet so that you won't continue to contribute to the fat storage there. Good luck!

wear slacks, shorts or or panty hose to avoid chafing. You may have a condition known as hidradinitis. If so your Doctor can give u a cortisone cream that works quite well. Corn starch applied by hand will dry up the area and help somewhat.

windsor Pilate's "Bun and thighs" order it today and do religiously at least 3 to 5 times a week plus walk (fast paced walking squeezing your bum)stick with it and i promise your thighs will shrink! It's the only thing that has worked for me. It's not hard and it's only 20 min long but you will definitely feel it.

Squats will only add mass to your legs. you need some cardio/ aerobic work that will burn fat.
exercise such as bike riding with your legs in the proper position,(go to a bike shop they will adjust your bike to fit you properly) it will help elongate your muscles.
I could also be genetics that you are build to have big strong legs.
Good luck
