Are you afraid to share your faith with others? Why?

I am not, but many are because of all the criticism, take this website for example. People can be childish and hurtful, and it is hard to tell someone about something you feel so passionately about and then get made fun of, but the rewards are endless.

no, people share really strange stuff, if someone can stand there and tell me they are a small part of some groovy cosmic force that like totally created everything, then why I can't I share the things I have experienced from jesus Christ. I am open about my faith and more so when someone else shares their philosophies with me, it's only fair.

I acknowledge the Lord and share my beliefs with others. All who know me, know that I'm a Christian. I am "shy" around those I don't know, so I tend to be nervous about sharing the Word of the Lord with complete strangers. I do my best. We all have different gifts from God. I use my talents to teach inner city kids about the Lord.

I think that to successfully share one's faith it needs to be shared with someone you have already established a relationship with. People respond to people they've gotten to know and like. We can see from this forum what happens when you share your beliefs with total strangers. Some aren't so nice.
