It hurts when I bend over, or anything like that. It's kinda off centered, more-to-the-leftm, but not much. It stays in one certain spot. No, I don't have great posture, but I'm not a total slouch. Sometimes when I bend the oppsite way (backwards) I'll feel a slight pain in my back. I haven't being do much exercise, just basically going to school, coming back, sitting the down the rest of the day doing various hobbies. If this has anything to do with it, my right ear also hurts, like inside. I'm only 13 years old. It's been like this for about 3 days now. I can't take extremely deep breaths, not that I do that often anyway. I have seemed kind of out of breath lately. My left arm also seems REALLY sore, even though I put more work on my right arm than my left. What's wrong with me?

If you are overweight those could be the symptoms of a heart attack! It could be just gas that is stuck behind your ribcage but that tends to go away within a day or so. You might have stretched or pulled a muscle in your back area that is affecting other parts of your body. You could also have a pinched nerve. But it sounds to me like a heart attack. Tell your parents ASAP!
