Yes, you can get your record expunged in ohio.
Talk to a lawyer. He'll take care of the paperwork. Will probably cost you some. But being able to get another 40K job will make it worth dropping some dough.
I think you can only do the expungemnet once in Ohio. And I'm not sure but I think it is limited to non-felonies.

Getting a DUI off your licence when pigs fly! That is about the worst thing you can do according to MADD. You type well look for a job using computer at home? I had the same thing back in 1985 and I agree it blows! Insurance Pool in texas so insurance companys can screw you too. I was not able to drive customers car and had a real hard time making a living.

Well, there's good news and bad news:

A DUI can never be expunged in Ohio, but there are some limitations to how punitive the law can be.
I would suggest that you get a good attorney and do exactly as he or she says.
Good luck to you. I have been sober six years and I know how tough it can be. Try to think about quitting drinking, either on your own or through AA.
Best of luck.

Well, you don't expunge a license, you expunge a conviction. A DUI in OH is never expunged. And they have a nasty little catch 22 there: If you've ever had a DUI conviction, then NO conviction can EVER be expunged.

I don't know. I live in California. Personally I think you should have lost more than what you did. Consider yourself lucky. You could have hurt or killed somebody. Just because your an idiot ( and people like you) doesn't mean the rest of us should take a chance. If you have any questions, contact an attorney.
