"CHICAGO An immigration activist who's seeking refuge in a church to avoid deportation to Mexico says her seven-year-old son is heading to the National Latino Congress in Los Angeles today to share their experiences.
Elvira Arellano (el-VEER'-ah ah-ray-AH'-noh) is here illegally, but her son Saul is an American citizen. Both have lived at Chicago's Aldalberto United Methodist Church since mid-August.
Last month, the church's Reverend Walter Coleman filed a lawsuit on Saul's behalf that argues the government shouldn't deport Arellano because that would deprive her son of his rights as a citizen.
So far, authorities haven't tried to arrest Arellano.
Earlier this week, a judge refused to issue a temporary restraining order to keep officials from deporting her. The family has filed a motion to reconsider."
So who is she shipping her son out with, I wonder?
What do you think about this?

Hey, Illegal Mexican, I am reading the news and am passing on things I think others might find interesting. I appreciate it when they do the same.
However, I am not "making" news, just letting people know what is already there, and hoping they'll do the same.
