Try to eliminate most processed foods and sugars. Lots of vegetables and fruits with a bit of meat. The idea is to reduce the aomount of calories while still felling satisfied. More exercise would help by burning more calories. Remember, it took time to put on the 65 pounds and it will take time to get it off. This is not going to be an instant fix.

Exercise about 1 hour each day, eat enough healthy food. Eat till you don't feel hungry don't bloat ur self, if you feel like snacking eat a fruit, Have breakfast like cereal or toast or fruit (sis had to put fruit in). Eat red meat atleast 3 to 4 days a week. Eat 5 vegies and 2 fruit per day. it will come off gradually so don't panic if it's not coming off at the rate you want it to, it will eventually come off. Carbhydrates also should be eaten at lunch time not at dinner time.

Don't lose it too fast. You might end up with stretched skin. Keep working on it every week. I've lost 25 lbs just by exercising and keeping my calories down to 1700 to 2000 a day.
I try to exercise 20-30 mins. Sometimes I skip a few days but I get back to it quick.

Do you have a set timeframe to lose this weight? There are lot of factors into losing weight and it's just not cutting out fatty foods and working out.
You may want to cut your daily calorie intake. You can consult your doctor or research online for your height/weight/gender what is the daily calorie intake for you? Then, find out what you should cut it down to in order to lose weight.
You don't want to cut fat out completely that is one mistake people make. There are healthy fats out there like in olive oil. Choose the right foods to eat and the help of a nutritionist could be one of your best options.
If you lose 3500 calories that equals 1 pound of fat lost. I started to work out again, and my normal daily intake is 2100 calories. For me to lose weight healthy along with the proper diet and exercise I need to cut my daily intake to 1500.
To burn off the extra weight you want to focus on a lot of cardio and some (emphasis on some) weight training. Losing a lot of weight will result in excess skin and not enough muscle.
If you have a family doctor speak with them first, and then ask about seeing a specialist such as the nutrionist. Do whatever it takes to keep yourself motivated. I like to keep a food journal of the foods I eat and the amount of calories I take in.

Seek a nutritionist to analyse your eating. A diet journal is a must for successful weight loss, and accountability towards someone gives you an extra oomph.
