Yes, they can sit at room temperature. Most people like them best this away. This comes from a southern farm girl who knows from experience.

NO, You cannot leave a brown farm fresh egg any longer than you would leave a store bought white one. Just ask any old farm wife such as myself.

Yep. I think you can keep eggs for a few days like that. Just make sure that you cook them well. There's a site like ask a chef or something that I got from ask.com that has all kinds of things like that answered.

In the early days - romans, etc. there were no refridgerators...
the early settlers had none, neither did jolly old england, France and Germany etc. all through the good old days... People had eggs all the time.... makes you wonder...
