try not to eat candies and sodas stick to healthy foods. and exercise more, like... running, and lunges or.. whatever but dont eat like, junk food

weightwatchers. it is an easy diet to stick to even though you have to write down what you eat and track your points. its mostly about portion control and if you go to the meetings, the people motivate you. but this diet is a lifestyle change. and you shouldnt expect the weight to come off really fast, but gradually.

do a see-food diet. it's very simple and impossible not to stick to. all you have to do is eat every thing u see! get it see food ha ha ha!!!
