How can you do it. I mean the most not your supposed to lose 2 pounds a week. I don't care if its healthy right now. I just want to know

There is NO MAGIC PILL out there to lose alot of weight. I know! Sorry, but the only way to do it (and keep it off) is about 2 lbs a week... you didn't gain it overnight, you can lose it overnight either! The best way is "portion control".

Well, I went on a "New York diet" and lost 70 lbs in a month, no joke. The "New York diet" is: Work 16-18 hours a day, eat one small meal (about 10-20 hot wings) a day, live on a farm so that you're working at home, too. Sleep about an hour a night, drink a 6-pack of beer or a fifth of tequila to wake up, and one to go to bed, live with people who hate you, and that you don't like back, and get into a long distance relationship. Almost killed me. Not particularly worth it, and I gained all the weight back anyway, once I started eating and stopped drinking. Note: This is not a real diet, and is not recommended for anyone.

The first few weeks that people start on a diet, they tend to lose a larger amount of weight. Most of this, however, is water weight. It is really only possibly to lose about 1% of your body weight in fat every week.

The rest is just water or, if you are losing weight in a really unhealthy manner, muscle.

Taking into account that people's weight vary from double digits well into 600+lbs, and with it being safe to assume one can lose at least 5% of their weight in a month, I would say you are looking at a range between 4 pounds to 30 pounds easily.

Stand up and walk atleast 5 mins after evry 2 hours while working
