The same happend in 1980s whan US supported a military dictaor, who killed democracy and an elected Prime Minister, just to fight US proxy war against the then USSR in Afghanistan. The war was designed by US who supplied weapons, financed by Arab oil money and fought by muslims religeous zeal. Both US and Pakistan' militry are responsible for the two million deaths in Afghanistan since 1980s and the aftermath. US is repeating the same blunder by supporting a dictator in Pakistan just to persue its socalled war on terror. It is actually US war on US past policies. What do you say in this regard?

They are always doing this sort of thing. They did the same with Saddam Hussein when he was fighting Iran and murdering his political opponents, Donald Rumsfeld even shook his hand.
Just regard them as democratically elected american gangsters.

First of all this has nothing to do with Religion or Spirituality. Second of all, the U.S. is not responsible for other people killing other people. It is like saying that the gun manufacturers are responsible for the deaths. People are going to fight and kill, because that is what they want to do. Taking away all of the guns will not stop that. Not supplying weapons will not stop that. Like all countries, the U.S. is giving support to countries that are supporting, or at least giving the impression that they are supporting us. In the game of diplomacy it is as much, what you don’t say as what you do say.

And second of all, 2 planes full of people flown into the twin towers, 1 plane full of people flown into the Pentagon and 1 plane full of people crashed into a field in Pennsylvania is not “so called”. When a country is attacked it is their right to fight back. We did not start the war, but it is a war that needs to be fought. And of course, once again, the rest of the world will have the luxury of sitting back and being critical of us, while having us do all of the necessary dirty work. Shame on you.

I think this is a good question, especially given today's revelation that Musharaf's government has recently agreed to a truce with the Taliban, who is supposedly hiding Osama in Waziristan. While I am not one of those who believe that the US government was directly responsible for 9/11, it is curious that neither Musharaf or Bush seem to want to get Osama.

Also in the news today is a story that the US government is setting up a $262 million intelligence unit supposedly to get Osama. Why wait 5 years? I wonder what this unit is really for.

I doubt very much if Osama will be captured alive.

while "their guy" does it, it rather is progression in the direction of spreading American ideals. while "our guy" does it, he's pandering the the "Socialist schedule" that festers of their small brains. the two that or they're basically basic hypocrites.
