Massage or rub the calves of your legs in the direction of your feet. Press firmly as you do so several times. This will increase blood flow to the feet and "wake them" more quickly.

okay, don't SIT Indian style, it causes decreased circulation to your lower legs, and raises your blood pressure.. . you could contrast-bath your feet to get the blood going again; you know, first hot then cold then hot then cold....but better by far is to sit at an actual TABLE on a CHAIR...
