God is not obligated to do anything. But God is not a liar. He sent his only son to die for our sins on the cross. He did not do that in vain or just because he could. He did that because he loved us. Love is a powerful thing. He did that so all could be forgiven not just a few. It's a choice he gave us. He is a merciful God. People really do what they want. It's about faith and believing that it's so even though we haven't seen with our own eyes. May god bless you. Salvation is for everyone.

This is true and theologically sound. The Bible could have been written that after Adam disobeyed God that God destroyed Adam and all his offspring through all generations until the end of the earth in Hell. Case closed. God is justified. But how good is our God! He became flesh, died for our sins in agony being separated from the Father and rose again on the third day now sitting at the right hand of the Father. To the unsaved please don't reject his mercy for if you do you will be without excuse on Judgment Day.

"For God so loved the WORLD that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life." - John 3:16.
I think this question has some mistakes! God does not HAVE TO save anyone! he already did by sending his son to die 4 all of us thousands of years ago. Salvation is not for Some People; it is for ALL People...It is a free gift...and as any other gift it is up to you if u want to unwrap it and enjoy it! God is our father and as a good father He only wants the best for his Children. His Love and mercy are unlimited!
Hope this helps!

The thing is God has already offered the Way for salvation. It comes thru believing or entrusting yourself to Jesus Christ. God obligated Himself as mans Salvation..read Gen 3:15, this was fulfilled by Christ. But a person must come by the correct means. Jesus Christ is the Way the Truth (reality) and the Life. No one goes to the Father except by Him.

When Adam and Eve were first created on our planet, this was not necessary. They chose to turn against God, which is the basis of sin. That propensity exists within all of us today. Were we to die, our spirits would still retain that bent by its very nature. What God saves us from is what we are. The Spirit of God begins working in our lives at present, but completes the work of changing our desires to be the same as the Creator's, so we want to do what is right, and we do what is right.

Yes God do save someone. You gotta believe it.When you preach and teach the truth about God then you are saving that person if he turn his life around and obey God.You need to read the facts in the bible and stop listen to what others thinks. That the only way you can find the true knowledge of God.We must not lean on our own understanding, but trust God with our whole hearts and mind.

I completely agree with you!! Who are we to say that we deserve to go to Heaven, if we get what we deserve then we will spend eternity apart from God. None of us even deserve to live, because of our sin nature. We can't understand why God chooses some and not others, but it isn't our job to understand we just accept, by faith, that God knows best and that He has a perfect will for our lives. (Isaiah 55:6-8) Good question!

God does not have to do anything if He does not desire to do so. But I do not know where you get the idea that it is not Biblical for God to save everyone who will ask Him to do so. According to God's Word, He is obligated to save anyone who will ask Him to do so. Romans 10:13 tells us: "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." And we also read in Luke 19:10: "For the Son of man (Jesus) is come to seek and to save that which was lost." God does not make promises and then not honor them. We most certainly do not deserve salvation. But Jesus did not provide a way for us to receive it because we deserved it; but out of his great love for us. It most certainly would be unjust of God to not save anyone who asked Him to do so; simply because He promised to do so in his Word. But His great promises are not based upon us deserving them; but once again, upon his great love. And even though it is true that we all deserve his judgment, He still made a way for us all through his Son Jesus Christ, to be saved forevermore. And we everyone can receive his abundant mercy, if we will only ask for it. The ones who receive justice, only receive it because they will not ask for and receive his mercy.

That is why I call Him my God and Savior, and that is why I give Him my life. Because He is the God who sees me. Even though I am formed from the dust, the God of the whole Universe sees me and loves me and gives me purpose. He doesn't have to, He wants to, because He wants all His children with Him in heaven, He desires our companionship as a father desires the companionship of his children on earth.

Where or when is it said that God HAS to save anyone? God gave us free will and with that free will we choose which path in life we take. The path to God and heaven or the path to Satan and hell. One can only be saved if they believe in God/Jesus, ask for forgiveness of their sins, repent of those sins and to turn from sin.
