I most certainly do talk to God as the Supreme Being, and as my Lord and Master. But there are also times when I talk to Him, simply like I would talk to a best friend. For after all, He most certainly is my best friend. He (Jesus) gave his life for me; so that I could have eternal life. There are many times when I go to Him, and just discuss things with Him like I cannot discuss them with anyone else. For He is the only One who fully understands every thing. I believe He wants us to come to Him as our Lord and Master first of all; but He also just wants us to talk to Him sometimes. But one very important thing that we must always remember, concerning the talks which we have with Him, is that our conversations need to always be two-way. By that I mean that we must always be willing to listen to Him also; not just try and do all the talking; even though He may not necessarily speak to us vocally, as we do to Him. He may do so, but He also speaks back to us many times through his Holy Word, or through other means.

Both, at this moment in my life I must admit that I am angry with God, but that is because of my current situation. However, I still respect Him, I see Him now as my Lord and Savior but I ask Him every day why I must go through this trial. When I do that, I get a small glimpse of what lies ahead for me in the future and I get a little relief. When I am happy and my life is going great I refer to God more as my dad. I call Him father all the time but I talk to Him more casually. So it depends on my situation at the time. However I still love Him more than anything, becasue I know He loves me more than anything./

Jesus is my best friend. I can tell him anything, and not only does he listen, he doesnt belittle me, rather consoles me, makes me feel better, and offers real solutions. When i get mad at him, he forgives me, when i say stupid things, he forgives me. It's really nice to always be loved, always have someone to talk to. My prayers have been answered too many times to even think for a moment that He doesnt exist. Jesus is my lord, but he is also my best friend. It's not like having a friend who is as immature as i am, rather, like when i sit down with someone like my grandfather. I dont see the elderly, i see the person with incredible knowledge, patience, and understanding, love and forgiveness. Jesus is like this, only perfect, and all his advice is perfect. And He's my best friend.

Both. I talk to God Himself in a humble way, thanking Him for another day of life, love and happiness. Then there is my spirit guide, angel, whatever you want to call him that has been following me around my entire life, interceding when necessary to save me from self-destruction. He is a part of God because he comes from God, but he is my friend, so he is the one I ask for stupid favors from, much like you would ask a best friend.

weird but tis my life.

Our Sacred Creator allows me to approach Him with respect as His subject and because He loves me, I am also His friend, because He is my friend and I love doing His will.

Back in the day, Yahweh God, Creator of all life, blessed our forefather Abraham and called him His friend.

I talk to Him like He's my best friend (because He is), but we also need to see His greatness and respect Him. God wants us to talk to Him like we regularly talk. Why - no, HOW - could we hide anything from God?!? He knows who we really are and what is on our hearts so we can't hide.
