Yes. Sometimes not being married is for the best. I believe it was Paul from the bible that said that being single he was able to do many things that a married person would not be able to do. I don't think that it is a good thing, however, that you should want to get married and not be able to do so, but it happens.

As to not "finishing" even the most grotesque/loserish guy can get some with a prostituite.

Yes,one of my friend did this.
he loves a girl and girl married to some other person.
so he decided not to get marry.
but i have some doubt also.he is vey lazy guy.may be he did not want to take responsibility.
