For the past week I have been having ablast reading a great deal of ignorant and idiotic comments from people who, I am sure would not dare to voice their feelings in public. This particullar forum is quite entertaining and disapointing at the same time because it is showing to the world just how ignorant and close minded some of you are. I'm sure I share the feeling with a great deal of people. My question is: If you are as smart as you think you are and really think you have the drive and determination to really make a change why are you wasting your time posting ignarant rants here? why not try to get involve in something possitive? Try www.matt.org and tell us what your think.

I appologize... It does sound like I'm advirtising. I have visited the site and read the articles posted there. I mentioned it because I find it to keep issues in a possitive light unlike other sites.

I'm trying to be part of the solution. Went a got a law degree, just so I could start addressing some of the problems nearby.

Well my friend, I am smart. Although I've never claimed to have drive or determination, I'm entertained by the questions of others, and the opportunity to share my philosophical views with them. The painful truth is more people will look to Yahoo Answers for help than www.matt.org.

Illegal immigrants are breaking our laws - hense the name "illegal immigrants". What is so hard to understand about that? Is it right for me to move into your home if you are rich and I am not, and then make you support me and my family? What is the difference????
I think the ignorant ones are the ones that choose to look past the fact that laws are being broken and we are being asked to support an endless flow of illegal immigrants into this country. Why must we do this? They're poor - they are poor in their country, they are going to be poor here. They have it bad in their country - the grass is always greener on the other side.
Get involved in something positive? I work with the developmentally and physically disabled. I don't think I can get any more positive than that.
