The real question is are you perfect for each other? Remember when you grow old physical attraction will no longer hold weight. Look at a person for their inner qualities. Are they kind, loving, trust-worthy, reliable, hardworking, spiritual, good personality, mild tempered, peaceful, etc....No amount of physical beauty can replace qualities that lack within. A person that lacks physical attraction whether it maybe overweight, bad teeth, haircut can change by losing weight, going to the dentist, getting a different haircut, etc.... However, a person who does not possess inner beauty probably will never obtain it even though they maybe a hunk. The choice is yours what do you value more physical attraction or inner beauty? If you choose inner beauty try to focus on the things you love about this person, and allow this grow.

I have to say give it at least a week. Spend at much time with this person as you can and if it doesn't spark a physical attraction, then maybe you should find someone else.

If he truly is perfect, then you shouldn't worry about the physical. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Physical features fade over time, its the little things that last like conversation, how he treats you, the way you look to him in his own eyes.

Well, I'd say long enough to see if intellectual/emotional feelings overcome the physical distaste. What would he look like with a bag over his Head? About like any other guy his size, right?

Look around; you see beautiful women with the ugliest of guys, and handsome men with ugly girls, and you wonder, why is that? Well, Love happens!

I'm confused when you said you met the perfect man. This should include a chemistry between you and him thus making him "The Perfect Man." Sounds like he's kind'a perfect. Jim

Without a physical spark, it will be difficult to start the fire no matter how much wood there is. I say give it two-weeks to a month, if it just doesn't work, then that's that, be friends.

leave now before you get in to deep-you must have some chemistry -that spark that gets you together in the first place-other wise-your missing out---granted it does dwindle down after a long time of being together-so if that is what your going through -spark it up again- If you deprive yourself of feeling that kind of passion-in the long run-you may cheat-and that is not a good place to be-good luck
