When you lose weight and you want to maintain, then I think you have to eat around 2000 calories a day. Sorry, I think this is right, but I'm not 100% positive.

with well balanced meals and excersice! Running helps keeping it of. 30 min. on the treadmill will do it as well. Good luck!
