My husband is in jail and not sure if he will get out. Was accused of something he didn't do. I am so sad and miss him and so do his pets. Any ideas to help me cheer up?

take it easy try to calm you re self down the only way you can help is by having a clear mind remember thinking makes no bread.Meaning thoughts require action and action require some planing as where to go and ask what is going on put the puzzle together and go up one step at the time .Have some good Friends with you and everything should be OK

Get, with your family and talk. I will say a prayer for you and your hubby. I hope, the true will come out and he will be back home with you and his pets. You, sure don't need to be by your self. I wish, you the best...

Surround yourself with friends and family, people you love and who love you. Find a licensed therapist to speak with...This is a lot to bear alone and talking to someone can really help ease the depression and stress you're feeling right now.

Do you have any family and/or friends nearby that you can spend time with?

Being around others can help.

I hope things work out for you and your husband.

Just from personal experience, I would recommend seeing a counselor.
