Take a look at this recipe for an Orange Julius

ORANGE JULIUS
6 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate
1 cup milk
1 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
8-9 ice cubes
Combine all ingredients except ice cubes in blender.
Blend for about 1-2 minutes, adding ice cubes one at a time.

And what do you think happens when you combine yogurt and fruits or juices - a smoothie.

So, you CAN mix milk and juice....go for it!

The one example I can think of is orange and milk, I would use soy milk but both cows milk and soy milk give the same results. If you drink it fast enough you get a flavour of a cream sickle mmmm quite awesome actually! If you don't drink it fast you get a separation happening and you end up with milk curds and then it becomes a sour glass of slop! I think the best thing is to get a cream sickle and savor it, otherwise you have a quick taste and that's it.

If you combine milk and OJ, the milk curdles. But if you mix the two liquids as they're combined, it makes a tasty drink. Tastes a heck of a lot better than plain milk.

Depending upon the kind of juice and how slowly you consume it, the milk can curdle.

Not much. It'll be funny tasting and may cause an upset stomach but it wouldn't kill you. Otherwise, you wouldn't be having orange juice with your bowl of cereal in the morning.

it actually depends on what fruit juice you use... for example peach it will make a great creamy peach milk best with ice... however if you add apple juice what you may get may be a badly fermented yogurt
