It feels like a strong burst of power that puts you in the floor. But it is not too strong, just enough to know it wasn't a person.The Holy Spirit is always present when I'm slain. It's wonderful.

To other slain spirits perhaps, to a human being I would have no frame of reference. I'm speaking to you now using my spiritual energy to connect with an electronic medium forcing electrons to your screen. There is no time in this dimension, only hope and misery. Take care, and live every day to its fullest. Once you have crossed over, there is no going back.

I've never been "slain in the spirit" nor do I seek to be...I find that to be really unusual behavior. But I also respect other denominations who emphasize "spiritual gifts." My idea of a spiritual gift is to try to get along with other people and to not be overly judgmental.

I've had it happen to me before! I had really bad allergies and they prayed over me! They put the oil on your forehead and then they start to pray! As soon as you here the prayer you go into sort of a panic! You can feel God working around you with all his power and love! And you start to breath really heavily! And then BAM! You feel the pressure of the Holy Spirit on you and it feels like the strongest wind is pushing against you, and you can't fight it! You try to stay on your feet, but don't! The resistance is like resisting the healing! You give up on the fight! You feel so tired for fighting! The love of God is so present! You feel someone catch you and it's like letting go of life and entering heaven for a moment! Then they lay you down slowly and you feel like you're in a meadow with pretty poppies all around you like in the Wizard of Oz when they fall asleep in the field of poppies! I cried! It was so amazing! As soon as I woke up from that wonderful "spell" I felt my sinuses clear like the snap of a finger! It was an amazing experience! I did it twice, and know my allergies are almost non existent! I hope I helped! And may I ask why you want to know?!

It is like falling asleep or going under for surgery. I just felt a great joy and calmness, like a hand was upon me making me wait. It was gentle and peaceful. Afterwords I was really stoked but that is just my emotions.
