A tiny black metal splinter out of a box of drywall screws is embedded in my partner's finger. Is black salve an option? What is the quickest way to get rid of it if you cannot see it. He cannot even see it to dig it out. Touching it with even a needle is like electric shock. Please help. He won't and cannot wear gloves. We'll try anything.

Metal splinters should be removed by a medical professional. Your partner may even need a tetanus or Tdap injection. Especially if it can't be seen. It may be embedded too deep and could cause an infection.
