If it bothers you that bad then maybe you need to look for another job!!!! You cannot change other people --only yourself!

look what you NEED to do is talk to her and work out these problems on your own i will pray for you but still try and tell her whats annoying and what isn't and if you have free time why don't you just help her with the orders or if she doesn't know them that well then teach, just talk to her and work it out!

and if you feel that badly then help her look for a job closer to her home and less complicated alright?

A prayer like that is what is called a "soulish prayer" and is basically equivalent to witchcraft because you are praying your will against another person, not God's will. Instead, perhaps you should pray that God gives you the patience, meekness, kindness, and wisdom to deal with her. Ask that God give you the guidance as to how to pray for her and that His Spirit will be with you as you work. Instead of praying for God to change someone else, you should always ask him to change you first. :)

It sounds to me that God is testing you my friend. You are a lemon that is being squeezed by this lady - what is coming out of you? I know exactly what you are going through and yes, I will pray for you but know this, you are in a testing area of your life. Without tests, we would never get better in the things God wants to excel in. How can you go to the next level without some kind of trial?

Sounds like your friend is lonely and doesn't have good people skills. Instead of pushing her away try and sweetly educate her.
Let her know quietly that not everyone wants hugs and it is rude
to interrupt someone when they are talking. Try holding that hand that is reaching out for acceptance instead of slapping it. I thought
you were a person of faith. And here you are asking everyone to wish misfortune on someone.

I will pray for you. I will pray that you have the tolerance and patience needed to deal with difficult co-workers. I will pray that you treat her with love, compassion, and respect. I will pray that you can help her become a better person and a better employee. I will pray for strength and guidance.

What will really solve your problem is sitting down and talking with this person. It's obvious that some boundaries need to be set, prayer will not set them, discussion will.

Well hopefully if she keeps screwing up they'll finally fire her. One thing to always keep in mind in the world of working is that nothing (good or bad) ever stays the same forever. I'm sure this won't either.

You should be telling her just what you have said here. The truth is what is going to set you free not a prayer.

Maybe you should pray for peace within yourself.
