lets say you were leaving home and your dad walks out with you what would you do and how would you feel?

I got used to that at a young age! lol Afterall its a parents' job to embaress you!

I have actually had this happen to me, my father was never known for wearing much clothing around the house... I was leaving for school I had alot of stuff to put in the car and dad brought out my backpack wearing just his underwear...
I laughed and said "Dad I don't think the neighbors want to know the answer to the burning question, boxers or briefs" Then I turned toward the nosey neighbors house and yelled "Yes, Mrs. Burnett the answer is boxers"
I then drove off for school while my dad stood in the driveway red as a tomato with his mouth hanging open in shock... He remembered a robe there after when leaving the confines of the house... And Mrs Burnett placed a set of binoculars on her window sill...

Dads all over the world do this at one time or another. I think when their kids become teens their brains short out. Be embarrassed but know he probably doesn't realize you are embarrassed. Speak to him and make him promise never to show up in public like that again.

I don't' know. But my wife's ex-husband used to go outside early in the morning in his underwear to get the morning paper. She got fed up with it, and one time when he went out to get the paper, she locked the front door (she was inside the house at the time) and left him standing outside in his underwear for quite some time before she unlocked the door and let him back in. lol.

You are leaving home so you should be mature enough not to let it get to you. Plus eveyone needs a laugh so I would probably laugh it off.

don't worry about it, men do this all the time and he was not naked. what would the difference be if he was in a bathing suit? just laugh and be happy you have a dad who is there for you.

My elderly father use to do that without thinking, just naturally, and it made me and my unfortunate friends laugh. :) We lived on a farm. He is not living now and those memories really bring a smile to my face.

were they boxers or briefs? my dad used to stand at the front screen door in his briefs and look out to see what was going on. the screen started at his knees so anybody looking at the door could see him. it does make you wonder.
